About the workshop:
Soma Breath® is a breathing technique that combines ancient breathing methods with modern knowledge of physiology and the nervous system.
Through rhythmic breathing synchronised with music and guidance, we directly influence the body’s biochemistry, oxygen and carbon dioxide levels, the functioning of the nervous system, and the body’s state. Along with this, brain activity changes. Brain waves slow down, and the body shifts from a state of tension and control to one of regulation and greater coherence. It is in this state that something more than mere relaxation begins to emerge. Greater sensitivity to signals from the body.
Greater presence. Greater access to what usually remains outside our everyday awareness.
Soma Breath® uses sound and breath as tools to guide this process, not through analysis, but through direct experience.
What is often described as ‘going deeper’ has very specific foundations in the workings of the nervous system and changes in the state of consciousness.
Soma Breath® is not just a technique. It is a process in which, through the breath, one can move from tension to regulation, from distraction to presence, from control to deeper contact with oneself. It is the moment where science meets experience.

About the facilitator:
I am a certified facilitator of the Soma Breath® breathing method, the creator of the original Soma Dance practice, and a facilitator of immersive workshops on working with breath, movement and mindfulness. I specialise in modern wellbeing formats that support stress reduction, improved concentration and regulation of the nervous system through mindful breathing techniques, elements of meditation and movement.
I lead Soma Breath®, Breath Rave and Soma Dance sessions in a Silent Disco format, creating deep immersive experiences where participants can disconnect from the excess of external stimuli and fully concentrate on working with their breath and experiencing their body within a safe, individual sensory space.
In my work, I combine a somatic approach with breathing practices inspired by contemporary knowledge in the fields of stress neurophysiology, mindfulness and conscious movement. I have completed the Holotropic Breathwork training module in the transpersonal tradition and am developing my skills in the area of working with the body and emotions.
I run workshops and sessions for cultural institutions, brands and event organisers, offering formats that promote regeneration, group integration and the building of psychophysical well-being in everyday life.
