Emergency medicine in crisis situations can involve a wide range of actions—from basic wound care to setting up makeshift field hospitals. When access to modern resources and infrastructure is limited, utilizing available natural materials becomes crucial.
The presented system is a proprietary method based on 144 plant-, mineral-, and animal-derived substances, as well as easily accessible household ingredients. Its structure is inspired by the periodic table of elements, allowing for logical combinations of components into effective remedies.
During the lecture, participants will learn the fundamentals of mixture composition, dosage principles, and key interactions between substances. This system enables quick and effective action in conditions with limited access to conventional medicine, providing a tool for self-treatment in survival scenarios.
A trained archaeobotanist, a passionate naturalist, and a professional herbalist-phytotherapist and mycologist. For years, he has explored ancient recipes and traditional healing methods, focusing on the practical use of plants, minerals, and animal-derived ingredients in survival medicine. He is a member of the Polish Society of Herbalists and Phytotherapists, as well as an educator and promoter of natural medicine knowledge.
He conducts numerous lectures, workshops, and field classes on herbal medicine, survival-useful plants, and crisis medicine—both for disaster preparedness and everyday life.
He regularly shares his expertise on Radio Gdańsk and national media, including TVP2’s Pytanie na Śniadanie. He actively collaborates with educational and cultural institutions, such as the Senior Activity Center in Gdynia and the Grodzisko in Owidz. On his YouTube channel, he discusses plants and fungi, their history, origins, and applications, while also demonstrating effective methods for creating natural remedies.
