Immerse yourself in the tradition of internal energy arts originating from the Taoist monasteries of the Wudang Mountains – a place where Qigong was not just a form of gymnastics, but a path of deep inner alchemy.
During the workshop, you will learn one of the oldest sequences practiced in this tradition – Wudang Qigong exercises, once only passed down within the walls of the Purple Cloud Monastery (Zi Xiao Gong).
This practice unites movement, breath, and mental concentration, with symbolic names like “Tiger Topples the Mountain” and “Dragon and Tiger Meet” becoming gateways to experiencing your own energy.
This is not just learning Qigong techniques, but embarking on a path. A path leading to a place where true transformation begins: in the silence of movement, the simplicity of breath, and the presence of the body.
