About the Lecture
Join us for a journey into the fascinating world of bees – tiny creatures that not only pollinate plants but also support our health and wellbeing. The lecture will begin with a brief introduction to the life of bees and the role of apiaries as spaces of harmony between humans and nature.
We will explore the health benefits of honey – its antibacterial properties, immunity-boosting effects, and support in wound healing. We’ll also talk about bee pollen and bee bread – natural vitamin bombs, rich in protein and energy, perfect for those who feel exhausted, weakened, or stressed.
There will also be insights into propolis and royal jelly – precious gifts from the hive that help fight infections, fatigue, and stress.
To conclude, we’ll take a different look at the apiary – as a space for calm, mindfulness, and deep connection with nature. Together we’ll reflect on how bees can heal not only the body but the soul as well.
During the lecture, we will also present a beehive, its structure, and basic beekeeping equipment. Get ready for a dose of knowledge, nature, and… honey magic.

Łukasz Michalak – Partner at Pasieki Rodziny Sadowskich Miodziarze Sp. z o.o. and the company’s head beekeeper. For years, he has devotedly cared for millions of bees, combining traditional beekeeping methods with a modern approach to sustainable apiary management. He is an experienced educator who passionately shares his knowledge about the role of bees in nature and human life. For him, the apiary is not just a source of honey, but a space of harmony, reverence for nature, and healing – for both body and spirit.
Kasia Lewandowska – Marketing Director at Pasieki Rodziny Sadowskich Miodziarze Sp. z o.o. For years, she has been building the image of a brand rooted in values such as closeness to nature, authenticity, and care for bees. She speaks with great passion about bees, honey, and the people behind them.
