We live in times where the pace of changes caused by climate change exceeds the adaptive abilities of many animal species, leading to their extinction. The traces of human activity on our planet are visible everywhere, not only in the most remote corners of Earth but also in our own bodies. The scale of these phenomena can be overwhelming and cause problems not only of a physiological nature but, above all, psychological. Despite the overwhelming nature of these events, there is something that can help us cope during these challenging times: nature and close contact with it. Not only the wildest nature, but also the one closest to us, found just beyond our doorstep.
