Morning yoga with Ola Żelazo is a practice that allows you to start the day more calmly: with an awakened body,
regulated breathing, and greater clarity in your mind. No pressure, no judgment, and no need to
be flexible or advanced. This is an offer for people who want to get in touch with themselves
before they get caught up in the festival rhythm.
The classes are based on the gentle awakening method. We start by mobilizing the joints, spine,
hips, and shoulder girdle to get the body moving after the night and restore freedom of movement. Then
we turn on conscious breathing: simple techniques that support concentration, calm the nervous system
and help you feel more space in your body. Later on, we move on to a fluid sequence
based on safe transitions: a little stabilization and strengthening, a little stretching, and work
on posture. Ola provides variations so that everyone can practice at their own level—including
beginners, those who are tense, tired, or returning to movement after a break.
At the end, we leave a moment for calming down, so that we can leave the mat feeling pleasantly warmed up, with greater
lightness in the body and calm energy for the rest of the day.

Ola Żelazo is a trainer and teacher of healthy movement with over 17 years of experience. She supports
people in building fitness that really helps in everyday life—without pressure to be fit and without promises of
quick results. She is known for her clear, calm teaching style and her ability to explain
movements in a safe and accessible way, regardless of age or fitness level.
She runs one of the largest training channels on YouTube in Poland and the Body
Space platform, which is used by thousands of people who exercise regularly at home. In her work, she combines practice with
education: she teaches how to wisely return to movement, build strength and mobility, and create a habit that
lasts for years. She also teaches classes in various groups, including for older people, showing that movement
can be enjoyable, effective, and tailored to individual abilities.
