Stress reduction workshop using the RAZ method. This method is based on many years of experience working with people struggling with stress, mental distraction, negative emotional habits, and anxiety.
The RAZ method consists of three steps:
1. Recognize
2. Accept
3. Change your approach
and uses equal parts body, breath, and mind work.
During the workshop, you will learn how long-term stress affects the body, mind, and health. You will learn simple techniques and tools for effectively coping with tension, racing thoughts, and strong emotions. You will experience the positive effects of deep relaxation, concentration, and mindfulness practice.
Dorota Mrówka – author, teacher of meditation, mindfulness, and stress reduction techniques. She runs the blog “Życie bez napinki” (“Life without stress”) and a YouTube channel dedicated to the development of spiritual intelligence and awareness.
For years, she has been exploring Far Eastern philosophy and researching meditation from around the world, striving to translate its wisdom into the realities of the Western world, where it can become a very useful tool for dealing with everyday problems.
She works on a permanent basis with the Hinc Sapientia Foundation, where she conducts individual and group meditation workshops as part of the Secular Meditation Center and stress reduction workshops at the “Locus” office in Katowice. She is an editor at the Tathātā Institute publishing house.
