MY CENTRE – Stability, presence, flow
This is a practical workshop that creates a safe space to return to yourself and anchor yourself in your Centre – a place of inner stability, peace and clarity.
The workshop is based on a holistic approach to the human being. We work not only with the psyche, but above all with strengthening and flexibilising the body, regulating the nervous system and harmonising at the energy level. Through mindful movement, breathing and presence, we restore a sense of support within ourselves and contact with our inner selves.
The practice is based on the wisdom of Tai Chi and Qi Gong – methods that support a return to the natural posture of the body, allowing the free flow of life energy (Qi). Releasing stagnation in the body promotes improved health, greater lightness and vitality, while also soothing and regulating the nervous system.
This is an invitation to experience deep grounding, balance and presence – in the body, energy and everyday life.
YIN & YANG – HARMONIOUS RELATIONSHIPS
This is a practical workshop based on Tai Chi and Qi Gong, devoted to experiencing and understanding the dynamics of relationships – with oneself and with others.
Through movement, breathing and mindfulness, we will explore how Yin and Yang energy manifests itself in contact, exchange, closeness and boundaries, and how to harmonise relationships by restoring their natural flow.
The workshop leads to deeper self-knowledge and provides practical tips on how to release tension in relationships, build balance and healthy coexistence – in the body, emotions and everyday life.
