Qi Balans Qigong – movement, breath and energy
A gentle qigong practice that helps you restore your inner balance through movement, breath and mindfulness. Repetitive, calm sequences relax the body, quiet the mind and support a freer flow of energy. It is a space where you can slow down, feel more and rediscover the natural rhythm of being – closer to yourself, closer to your body, closer to the present moment.
About the instructor:
Raised from birth in close contact with Far Eastern philosophies and sports, she is fascinated by psychosomatics and holistic methods of working with the body and mind. She loves walking in the woods, connecting with the energy of plants and animals, and various forms of expression such as intuitive dance, photography, painting and pottery. She has been practising QiGong and Tai Chi since 2005. She has been teaching at http://www.qibalans.org since 2018; As a practitioner of various forms of healing (including a Reiki Master), she helps people understand and heal themselves through her own system of working with the subconscious – CienioKochanie (http://www.qibalans.org/cieniokochanie).
