About the workshop:
Join us for the opening workshop of the Tantra Tent – a gentle introduction to the world of Neo-tantra. For everyone who wants to experience what tantra truly is: in the body, in the heart, in the encounter. Its various shades and flavours. We will move through simple practices – with breath, movement, sound and presence.
In solo, partner and group sessions, we will invite the body to open, the senses to awaken, and the heart to connect. This is a time to anchor yourself, to ground yourself, to step into the here and now – with curiosity, gentleness and trust in the process. You will experience short breathing exercises, mindful touch, encounters through gaze and movement, and meditation through the body.
The workshop creates a space where you can experience tantra as a path to greater awareness, closeness and inner vitality. You don’t need to know or be able to do anything – just come and allow yourself to feel. Without haste, without pretence – with presence and soul.
About the facilitator:
Gosia Darmas – Certified Resonant Healing PractitionerⓇ, Coach and Trainer in Empathy-Based Communication, and a guide on the path of neo-tantra. A graduate of the Facilitation Training at the Nativ International School of Shachar Caspi. Assistant to Sarah Peyton in resonance work.
She leads workshops and individual sessions, accompanying people through processes of change, deepening their connection with themselves, and discovering their own needs, emotions and paths of development. In her work, she integrates an approach based on Non-Violent Communication, bodywork and knowledge of neurobiology.
“Holding space is both a privilege and a responsibility for me. It means creating a safe, mindful space where authenticity can unfold – without haste, pressure or expectations. It is a willingness to be in contact with another person from a place of presence, humility and curiosity about their process.
I believe that transformation occurs on many levels – emotional, physical, energetic and spiritual. The key element connecting these areas is contact with the body and mindfulness of its signals, which lead to a deeper understanding of oneself.
I am drawn to following what is alive and authentic in the moment. At the heart of my work lies presence, mindfulness and the creation of a space where a genuine encounter is possible – with oneself and with another person.
Change can be challenging, yet it is a natural process that leads to growth and a greater sense of fulfilment. I believe that connecting with one’s own sensitivity is a sign of courage and the foundation of profound transformation.
