Can a Warrior Woman Embody Femininity? A theoretical and practical exploration.
In this workshop, we’ll talk about what it means to take a hit and get up right after falling. We’ll explore the difference between sport fighting and aggression, the discipline behind mastering new skills, and how martial arts are also a metaphor for life.
The search for balanced femininity is about mastering the art of calmness, gentleness, respect for men, the distinction between power vs. force, and most importantly—about cultivating a true sense of safety anchored in the body.
We’ll include simple physical exercises inspired by martial arts to sharpen alertness and awareness—while keeping it fun, light, and sprinkled with laughter. All of it set to a carefully curated playlist to enhance the mood.
