About the workshop
Family Magic Yoga is a unique class that combines yoga, sound experiments, and shared play in the spirit of mindfulness. It’s a space created with families and children (ages 5+) in mind, but open to everyone – regardless of age or previous yoga experience.
It’s a perfect opportunity to spend quality time with your child (or the whole family) in an active, creative, and magical way. The sessions are held in an atmosphere of freedom, acceptance, and joy of simply being together.
No prior experience is needed – just openness and a willingness to connect.
About the facilitator
I’m a certified yoga instructor and a passionate advocate of sound healing. I lead regular classes at Centrum Joga in the heart of Warsaw. For the past year, I’ve also been organizing yoga and sound sessions for preschool and early school-age children.
I’ve completed sound therapy training for both adults and children based on the methods of the Peter Hess Institute. Guided by the idea that relaxation brings healing, I enrich my yoga practice with breathing techniques and asanas that help release stress.
Movement – especially yoga – has always been a part of my life, bringing me both strength and calm.
