Breath is the bridge that connects us to nature, the energy of our ancestors, and the spiritual world. In shamanic traditions, it is considered a tool that opens the door to a deeper connection with our roots and the wisdom flowing from the past.
During this session, you will discover how conscious breathing can help you find harmony with the surrounding nature and draw strength from the energy of your ancestors as a source of support and inspiration.
The workshop will focus on breathing practices inspired by shamanic rituals, which allow:
• A deeper sense of grounding in nature and attuning to its rhythms.
• Establishing conscious contact with the energy of ancestors to draw from their wisdom and protection.
• Working with breath as a tool for transformation and strengthening inner power.
Through simple yet deeply moving breathing practices, participants will learn to open space for the healing energy of nature and spiritual connection with ancestors. The workshop is an opportunity to discover in breath not only a tool for regeneration but also a path leading to a deeper understanding of oneself and one’s place in the world.
During the session, I will share experiences from my year-long stay in the Yucatán Peninsula in Mexico, where I came into contact with the Mayan culture, their values, and the philosophy of living in harmony with nature. I will also speak about the multidimensionality of other places I visited, including the Middle East—their energy, history, and the people who shape them.
For me, every place has its spiritual dimension, which can be felt through mindfulness and openness to connection with nature.
