The modern world is fast-paced, dynamic and rarely respects the natural rhythms of our bodies. We live in a state of constant acceleration, often ignoring the biological and energetic cycles that have governed our energy levels for thousands of years. Meanwhile, the body functions in a precise circadian rhythm, and the life energy Qi flows through our organs according to a specific clock.
During the meeting, we will look at how the rhythm of day and night affects the nervous system, regeneration, energy levels and the body’s ability to return to balance. I will talk about the Chinese organ clock and how synchronisation with natural cycles can support well-being, concentration and deep regeneration.
During the lecture, we will analyse how conscious living in tune with nature can become a practical tool for harmony and energy recovery in a world that often operates at a different rhythm than our biological needs.
This meeting is primarily for people who want to better understand their body and learn how to use its natural potential.
Anna Gniłka, creator of the Kobieta Orientu (Woman of the Orient) brand, is a bodywork therapist and educator in the field of nervous system regulation. She specialises in somatic techniques, working with trauma stored in the body, and processes of regaining balance through conscious contact with the body.
In her work, she uses approaches such as Somatic Embodiment, Somatic Release, and nervous system regulation methods based on contemporary knowledge of stress and neurobiology. She has developed her own method, Somaia Somatic Release, which integrates work with the nervous system through the release of tension stored in the tissues and natural mechanisms of stress relief in the body.
She conducts courses, workshops and individual sessions devoted to overcoming chronic stress reactions, regulating energy levels and returning to deep contact with the body.
