O!Kręgi Kalibracji

Topic:

Language:

O!Circles of Calibration are a safe space where small group gatherings (up to 15 people) will be held several times a day. These circles are open to anyone who needs a break from the intensity of the festival, a moment to be heard, seen, meet someone new, or express awe, needs, or emotions. Each O!Circle will be different. We’ll begin by grounding ourselves in the space, establishing communication guidelines, and opening with a sharing round. This will allow the facilitators to adjust the dynamics of the session to the needs of the participants.

Three O!Circles of Calibration are scheduled daily between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We also plan to offer evening circles for women and for men, as well as individual emotional support sessions.

O!Circles of Calibration are for:

  • those moved or surprised by a workshop or lecture,

  • those in awe, wanting to share their discoveries,

  • those overstimulated by the intensity of the festival,

  • those who feel something is happening within them but can’t name it,

  • those needing emotional ventilation or expression,

  • those who want to be heard, seen, or simply connect with others,

  • those who don’t know anyone at the festival.

O!Circles of Calibration are not for people under the influence of substances, intoxicants, or psychoactive drugs.

You’ll find us by the purple flags with the orange O!

Ania Chmielowiec-Szatarska

Psychologist and experienced individual, couples, and family psychotherapist. She holds space for feeling and transformation in Women’s Circles, workshops, and group work. A seeker and explorer of new ways to deepen awareness and subtle sensing. She’s passionate about self-expression and healing through breath, voice, movement, and collective flow. She explores tools of self-discovery and development offered by, among others, modern tantra. Currently undergoing training at the Nativ Facilitators Training.

Anna Kutkowska

Psychotherapist, psychoeducator, art therapist, group process facilitator, and Master of Arts.
Graduate of the Academy of Theatre Arts, University of Warsaw, Mazovian Academy of Dance and Theatre, and Holistic School of Trainers. Currently in a five-year psychotherapy training in Process-Oriented Psychology.

She creates meeting spaces—soft, mindful, rooted in the body and presence. Spaces where one can breathe more deeply, speak more truthfully, and connect more closely with oneself and others. In her work, the body is a gateway, the group a field of resonance, and creativity a gentle tool for discovery. Immersed in group processes, she draws from somatic, theatrical, movement, and meditative methods, weaving them into a dance that speaks of transformation, presence, and emotion.

Julia Celejewska

Certified soft skills trainer. Works with groups and teams on well-being, sustainable work pace, and burnout prevention. She enjoys examining and challenging the systems we live in and looks to the future with hope. On Instagram (@glebia_julia.celejewska), she writes about fatigue, rest, and survival strategies in late capitalism.

Kuba Kielczyk

Psychologist, psychotherapist, personal development trainer.
Completed a five-year postgraduate psychotherapy training in Process-Oriented Psychology, a 3-level EFT-C training (Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples), focusing training at the Intra Center (certified by the Polish Psychological Association), foundational bodywork training at the Polish Institute of Dance and Movement Psychotherapy, and many Process-Oriented Psychology workshops (e.g., on working with conflict, sexuality, and family systems).

He supports people during life turning points—relational crises, loss of meaning, depressive states. He helps name the hard stuff and find ways to move through turbulence with mindfulness and gentleness. He accompanies people in regaining balance, self-worth, and inner grounding. He favors process work rooted in somatics, deep listening, and creative experimentation.

In group settings, he builds structures that provide support without constraint—facilitating authentic meetings, sharing experiences, and moving toward transformation.

Marta Nowak

Group process trainer and Kundalini Yoga teacher. For years, her life has revolved around personal and spiritual development. She loves dance, movement, nature, and animals. She’s fascinated by the human being in all dimensions and by creating possibilities beyond societal norms and expectations.

She delights in entering the unknown and connecting seemingly unconnectable things. In everyday life, she helps resolve life’s challenges as a holistic lawyer and mediator. She leads Kundalini Yoga sessions and holds space for emotional healing processes.

The essence of her work is supporting herself and others in reclaiming sensitivity, consciously feeling emotions, and connecting with the soul through the body.
