About the Lecture:
How do you get close when your whole life you were taught to keep your distance? How do you trust when no one ever showed you that a man can be safe – even to himself?
We’ll talk about adulthood that arrived without instructions. About masculinity patched together from catchy slogans, action movies, and phrases about courage, honor, and eternal struggle – passed down by a silent father. Masculinity woven from fears hidden behind the armor of “I’ve got everything under control.”
We’ll speak about the pressure we place on ourselves. About relationships that fail us – and that we fail. And about the fact that there is another way – with tenderness, with the body, with one another – in a new, courageous language.
Let’s meet, us men, to spend time together and talk.
About the Facilitator:
Rafał Strzałkowski
An experienced trainer working with the body and emotions. Co-founder of the 3Panów Foundation.
A graduate of SMG (School of Men’s Groups), the School of Integrated Psychology, and the School of Neuroeducation.
Currently undergoing training for psychotherapists in bioenergetic analysis, organized by the Polish Association for Bioenergetic Analysis.
Combines his work as an IT manager with personal development facilitation, coaching, and body awareness training.
