About the Workshop:
In the first part of the workshop, I will share my knowledge of conscious breathing (meditation) and the connection between two complementary worlds: breathing and preparing the body (deep muscles, tendons, joints) for increased physical effort, ultimately contributing to health prevention.
Next, I will focus on the real fundamentals of self-defense. I will primarily demonstrate selected self-defense techniques. I will also show how to calm the mind in a real threat situation, where emotions can impair our ability to assess the situation and effectively defend ourselves.
