About the workshops:

Sri Sri Yoga
A gentle yoga practice rooted in ancient Vedic tradition, combining asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation. Sri Sri Yoga was adapted for modern needs by Sri Sri Gurudev Ravi Shankar – a yoga and meditation master, and a global peace activist. It brings peace and harmony on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Peace in Practice: Breath, Movement, Mindfulness
Techniques designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and restore a sense of calm and balance, both physically and mentally. These are theory-and-practice-based sessions, full of applicable knowledge ready to be tested on the mat.

Holistic Techniques in Sports Training
Workshops based on a proprietary method developed for the national team, supporting pointfighting kickboxers in preparation for last year’s World and European Championships. Grounded in yoga, the sessions incorporate mobility and stability training as well as breathwork. These techniques enhance body awareness – including interoception and proprioception – helping prevent pain and sports injuries. The sessions blend theory and practice to not only feel the effects but understand the mechanisms behind them.
