Can the body become a compass in times of stress?
During this workshop, you’ll explore gentle practices inspired by Chinese medicine and somatic bodywork that help you experience inner silence – not as the absence of stimuli, but as a quality of presence.
We’ll feel how stress affects the flow of life energy (Qi), how it scatters the spirit (Shen), and how we can gently return to ourselves through softness and awareness.
There will be a bit of movement, a bit of touch, a few stories – and a lot of presence.
Anna Gniłka – a body and soul therapist with a holistic approach, deeply connected with Eastern medicine in heart and spirit.
She specializes in nervous system regulation, restoring hormonal balance, and acupuncture. For years, she searched for ways to regain vitality, having experienced burnout and nervous breakdowns herself. She’s felt the full range of nervous system states firsthand – and for nearly 20 years, lived with daily anxiety.
Today, she comes with tools that helped her return to harmony and joy. Her mission is to show you that working with your nervous system is simpler than you think 🤍 You don’t need to do much – just do it regularly.
