MY ANGER, MY ENERGY
Lowen Bioenergetics – Practices of Feeling and Emotion
Anger is not a problem. Anger is energy.
What was held back, suppressed, or disconnected – can flow again.
In this workshop, we invite you into movement, voice, breath, and connection with your body to reclaim access to that power.
We work in the tradition of Alexander Lowen – through the body, emotions, and relationships. This is a practice of feeling, which opens space for what was once unwanted, unspoken, or repressed.
You may arrive with questions like:
– “Why can’t I feel anything?”
– “I want closeness but don’t know how.”
– “I carry tension and don’t know what to do with it.”
– “I cry, but it doesn’t bring relief.”
– “I just want to let it all out.”
– “Who am I when I feel?”
We won’t change your story – but we can help you see it from a new perspective.
Through conscious movement and bodywork, you will feel more – and learn how to be with whatever arises.
You’ll reconnect with the energy that was once blocked.
Anger is life. And life – from now on – can flow on your terms.
