About the speaker:
Beata Pawlikowska – writer, journalist, traveller, inspirational figure, author of over a hundred motivational, travel, culinary and language books, in which she writes about solo journeys across the world, as well as spiritual transformation, taking on challenges, the search for happiness and a healthy lifestyle. She illustrates her books with her own photographs and drawings. Every year she spends several months travelling. She organises exotic expeditions to the ends of the earth, often combined with life transformation workshops.
On her YouTube channel, she runs a motivational vlog in which she talks about her philosophy of life and interviews scientists. She is the chair of the Knowledge and Hope Foundation, which works to support people experiencing mental health crises. A vegan, she has five cats: Christopher Columbus, Elvis Presley, Albert Einstein, Pablo Picasso and Jan Kochanowski.
