Biodanza means Dance of Life. It is a dance of heart and freedom from South America. It is a system that integrates music and movement. It enables you to establish an authentic relationship with yourself, with other people and with the environment.
Biodanza creates experiences of intense awareness of being alive in the here and now.
The purpose of Biodanza is to celebrate life. It stimulates community ties and facilitates networking, and helps participants regain joy and vitality to celebrate the sanctity of life. It’s a way to feel happy, healthy and confident, with enhanced self-esteem, and to improve your ability to make choices.
Biodanza is a delicate but deeply transformative work on the awareness of a universal community based on dance and body work. It connects body, mind, emotions and soul. It awakens vitality, creativity, sensuality and emotionality.
It teaches openness, joy, building good relationships and expressing emotions. Feeling connected to the body, emotions and energy causes transformation. These experiences are called “vivencias”. They allow access to our primal emotions and help in the most natural expression of the true self that manifests itself through movement.

The skin is what binds us and what separates us from the world. Everything that exists has a purpose integrated into the great wise plan of life. The skin is part of that mystical plan! If we have sensitive skin and not feathers or scales, it is because our sensitivity is part of Life’s intelligence. Listen! The skin clearly tells how you feel, how you live, how you love and how you are loved.

Licensed Biodanza trainer according to Rolando Toro system. He graduated from Biodanza School SRT in Porto and Portugal. Biodanza teacher and teacher of this method. He earned a degree in clinical psychopedagogy. He also trained Gestalt therapy. He participated in several theater and dance workshops. He is a Reiki master.
Creator of several original workshops, including: “Roots in the Earth, Roots in Heaven”; “Chaos, Creativity and the Return of the Sacred”; “The Birth of the Cosmic Man”; “Under the Sign of Affection”; “Surrender to Love”; Sacred Warrior. He conducts regular workshops in many European cities.
He was a member of the teaching staff at the Institute of Applied Psychology in the postgraduate course “Human development and therapy through expressive art”, and also collaborated with various Biodanza schools in Europe.
He led skills development groups through transactional analysis; Relaxation groups (Shultz methodology and egocentric methodology; Dramatic expression with children. He worked at “Teléfono Internacional de la Esperanza” and for several years as a pedagogy teacher in a project to train educational institutions. He is also part of the faculty at the postgraduate Institute of Applied Psychology “Expressive Arts Therapy and Human Development”.
