Topic: Getting closer to yourself - creative development workshops

Language:

About the Workshop:

The question “What does it mean to be yourself?” has no simple answer, as we are not a fixed structure but a continuous process. However, one thing is certain: the more we know about ourselves and accept all parts of who we are, the safer we feel—both within ourselves and in life. What is closest to our deepest truth gives us energy, freedom, and flow. Fulfillment and well-being do not come from being the most perfect version of ourselves, but the most authentic one. Hiding, pretending, and constantly limiting ourselves—even unconsciously—is exhausting.
So if you want to get to know yourself better and on a deeper level, this workshop is for you.

About the Method:

Creative development workshops are currently one of the most sought-after forms of personal growth, including in business. Research clearly shows that art and aesthetic experiences, regardless of artistic skill level or previous experience, measurably impact the body, brain, and behavior. They significantly reduce cortisol levels, create new neural pathways, and provide the body with dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin. Creative expression is a powerful tool for self-discovery, enhancing creativity, improving learning and memory, developing empathy, and building authentic human relationships. What we have intuitively known for 40,000 years now has solid scientific proof—art is therapy. That is why, in many countries, it is already prescribed as a treatment.

Important:

Anyone can participate in these workshops. Creative development, regardless of artistic skill level or prior experience, reduces cortisol levels, creates new neural pathways, and provides the body with dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin.

About the Facilitator:

Dellfina is an expressive arts therapist who integrates elements of visual arts, drama/psychodrama, improvisation, and dance/movement therapy in her work. She is also a multidisciplinary artist with over 20 years of experience, a director, and a journalist. In all the projects she undertakes—regardless of the field or medium—she works at the intersection of emotions, the body, and art.

Having lived and worked in London, Barcelona, Stockholm, and Paris for many years, she has developed curiosity, self-awareness, and a deep appreciation for the richness of human diversity. For the past 30 years, she has been regularly training in theatre, personal development, spiritual, shamanic, dance, and therapeutic workshops.

“My life and professional experiences have reinforced my belief that sensitivity is the source of all creativity, that growth is a creative process, and that art can be healing. That is why I am delighted to support others in their most important journey—the journey to their true selves.”
