Sound therapy is part of the ancient art of medicine known for five thousand years. At the core of sound massage is the ancient belief that the right sound has a harmonizing effect on every cell of the body, restoring its correct frequency. This is the right frequency for the state when we feel healthy, happy and live in harmony with ourselves, often disturbed by daily stress.
A relaxation concert is a kind of sound meditation, combined with a gentle sound wave massage, during which the body’s cells vibrate infused with new life energy.
Sound therapy has been helping people enjoy health, fullness of life and harmony for centuries. During the concert, participants will lie in a comfortable position. The sound wave of multi-tone instruments will regenerate, relax, unwind, calm bodies and minds. The sound of bowls and gongs will lead us on an extraordinary healing journey.
Ewa Majerska – graduate of the Academy of Music in Warsaw, author of articles and radio programs on music therapy. For several years she has been giving concerts in yoga schools, community centers and at traveling yoga and personal development workshops throughout Poland. For several years she has been involved in promoting yoga in Poland as the editor-in-chief of Yoga-Joga.pl, the largest portal about yoga in Poland. She permanently cooperates with the chamber choir of the Polish Royal Opera, with which she performs the works of old masters and oratorio music.
