About workshop
I invite you to a workshop that opens the Tantra Tent – a gentle introduction to the space of neo-tantra. For everyone who wants to feel what tantra truly is: in the body, in the heart, and in connection. Its many flavors and shades.
We will move through simple practices – with breath, movement, sound, and presence.
In solo, pair, and group encounters, we will invite the body to open, the senses to awaken, and the heart to connect.
This is a time to anchor into yourself, to ground, to enter the here and now – with curiosity, gentleness, and trust in the process. You will experience short breathing practices, mindful touch, eye contact encounters and movement, as well as meditation through the body.
This workshop offers a space where you can experience tantra as a path to deeper awareness, closeness, and inner vitality.
You don’t need to know or do anything – just come and allow yourself to feel. No rush, no pretending – simply with presence and soul.
About the facilitator
Gosia Darmas – Guide on the path of Neo-Tantra. Currently undergoing the Facilitator Training at Nativ International School with Shachar Caspi. Participant of numerous tantra workshops and festivals. Certified Practitioner of Resonant HealingⓇ. Coach and Trainer of Nonviolent Communication.
About me: Being and following what is alive is important to me. On my path, I draw from the tools and principles of Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg. I am deeply connected to bodywork and the ability to read the signals of the body, which often speak of emotions – guiding us toward the needs beneath them. I support people in working with trauma and emotional wounds using the Resonant Healing method, grounded in the knowledge of neurobiology. I’m fascinated by the human brain and its capacity to self-heal.
I believe transformation happens on many levels – emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual – and the body is the thread that weaves them all together. Change can be challenging, but it is also an invitation to grow. Change humanizes us. I believe we need more contact with what is alive.
I love to travel – both through space and into the depths of the self.
