Two workshops will take place during the Festival:
Lab Energy M is a workshop-laboratory, during which we consciously open ourselves to mindfulness, being present and meeting in authenticity. We have prepared a few ways – opportunities that invite you to listen to yourself and others, give, take, experience. We will work through intuitive movement, working with a partner, working with the body and mindfulness, meditation. What happens when we deliberately direct our attention to love? Lab is an opportunity to safely explore the space of the heart.
