This yoga workshop is designed to cultivate inner balance, emotional resilience, and mental clarity through a combination of traditional postures, breathwork, and guided relaxation. Drawing from the authentic yoga style of SRI SRI YOGA SCHOOL, Kirti Gahlawat incorporates elements of mindfulness and body awareness to support overall well-being. Participants will be introduced to simple yet effective techniques to regulate the nervous system, enhance flexibility, improve posture, and nurture psychological stability. Integrating ancient yogic wisdom with modern holistic health principles makes it accessible and beneficial to individuals of all ages and experience levels.
Kirti Gahlawat is a certified Sri Sri Yoga Teacher, has completed multiple accredited Yoga Teacher Training Courses (TTCs), and is an internationally recognized yoga instructor. She is a gold medalist at the World Yoga Championships held in Portugal, Thailand, and New Delhi. A former Yoga Ambassador and Teacher of Indian Culture at the Embassy of India to Poland and Lithuania, Kirti began practicing yoga at the age of nine as a healing practice and went on to represent India in global yoga competitions. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga and has led workshops in Poland and internationally, including live wellness series during the pandemic that reached communities worldwide. With over a decade of teaching experience and a strong academic foundation in yogic studies, Kirti currently teaches yoga in Warsaw, supporting the well-being of children, adults, and multicultural communities, she is a yoga teacher at Sri Sri School Of Yoga at Soham Space, Warsaw.
