Topic: Boys have only rights, men have responsibilities – start your journey toward masculine maturity

About the Lecture:

We, as men, often speak about lack, absence, and what we were not given—whether it be a father, support, or love. From this perspective, we seek to gain something that was withheld from us. We attend workshops, share our struggles in groups, and look for help and support. This is necessary and valuable—essential for setting out on our journey.

But there comes a moment when constantly taking, accumulating, and focusing on ourselves begins to keep us in a space of immaturity rather than fostering our growth. We don’t understand why what we’ve been doing so far no longer works. We know only how to take, consume, and absorb. We recognize the direction toward ourselves, yet we do not feel maturity within, nor does our environment.

We admire those from whom we take, the men whose workshops and festivals we attend. We wonder where such men come from—what kind of superpowers they must possess to do what they do. Perhaps we even dream that one day, maybe, we too could…

Now is the time! Each of us can and should find ways and spaces to give ourselves to others. This is the path to growing in masculine maturity. Fatherhood also has a spiritual dimension, accessible to all men regardless of age, marital status, or experience.

During this event—comprising a lecture, experiential exercises, and a Q&A session—we aim to inspire, encourage, and empower you:

  • To think in terms of giving, not just taking
  • To break free from limiting beliefs that prevent us from giving to others
  • To support each other on the path of growth
  • To build our own maturity by supporting the maturity of others
  • To initiate and lead men’s circles—an incredible tool for cultivating masculine maturity

About the Speaker:

I am passionate about working with men. I believe this part of humanity needs more care, attention, and support in developing greater self-awareness and understanding of the world. Instead of sitting comfortably in a position of advising and judging, I take action on multiple fronts to support men:

  • I lead personal development workshops for men—LOWEN for MEN—creating spaces for transformation in a safe environment.
  • I have been working one-on-one for 15 years, offering developmental counseling, mentoring, and therapeutic work.
  • I founded the School of Men’s Groups, which trains leaders in facilitating men’s circles and workshops for men.
  • I am professionally trained to work with people, having completed two psychotherapy schools: Bioenergetic Analysis (Lowen’s Method) and ISTDP (Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy). I have hundreds of hours of personal therapy, workshops, and supervision behind me.
  • I have been active in this field for eight years, with over 600 men having literally passed through my hands in workshops.
  • I am a lover of various forms of movement—I dance, practice massage, and train martial arts.
