Where the Body Feels, Consciousness Awakens – Expanding Sensitivity in Taoist Movement Practices with Marta Pociejewska

In Taoist traditions, the body is seen as a landscape on which consciousness moves. This workshop is an invitation to explore this inner landscape through subtle movement, mindfulness, and presence. Practicing solo and in pairs, you will learn how your body awareness deepens, and how small internal changes translate into the quality of movement and being – with yourself and with others.

The Peace of the East – Sources of Peace – A Discussion Panel with Eastern Art Practitioners with Łukasz Gołosiem

This will not be a typical discussion panel. It is more of a meeting. Not so much about techniques, but about experience. Not so much about knowledge, but about being.

When you look at people who have been practicing Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga, or other Eastern paths of working with the body and breath for years – there is something about them. Something that has settled within them. Something that does not fight, does not rush, does not need to prove itself. Something that you would call that characteristic peace and groundedness.

This panel is an opportunity to sit with them and ask: where does this come from?

We won’t talk about “how,” but about “why.” Why did they choose this path? What has it given them? What has changed in them? And what, in their opinion, makes this peace last longer?

In the second part, we will approach this topic from a scientific perspective – we will discuss the role of the nervous system, mindfulness, and emotional regulation. And finally, we will open the floor to you. If you have a question that has been on your mind – this is the right moment.

You don’t need to be an expert to benefit from this meeting. You just need to be. And listen. Or perhaps – feel.

About the facilitator:

Marcin Wojewoda – For twenty years, he has been a lover, researcher, and enthusiast of the wellness movement, which aims to ensure a healthy balance of mind, body, and spirit, resulting in a general sense of well-being. For the past ten years, he has been working with movement, studying its connections with states of consciousness and the ability to take initiative in improving one’s physical, mental, emotional, spiritual health, as well as environmental, social, and professional situations. He promotes transformative and self-development processes, collaborating with visionaries, thought leaders, teachers, speakers, and specialists in Eastern Asian practices.
