About the Workshop:
SOMA BREATH® dynamic meditation is a workshop based on rhythmic breathing accompanied by uplifting, tribal music. SOMA Awakening is inspired by the most revered pranayama technique, Nishessha Rechaka Kumbhaka. The goal of the meditation is to release tension from the body, improve mood, stimulate creativity, balance emotional tensions, and cleanse the lymphatic system. The rhythmic breath helps activate alpha and theta brainwaves, which are responsible for enhancing the sense of connection, unity, and the integration of body and spirit. SOMA Breath techniques are designed to be practiced regularly, leading to improvements in many areas of your life.
About the Instructor:
I am a certified SOMA BREATH® facilitator, a technique based on ancient pranayama and the latest research in neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to respond and adapt to changing conditions, as well as the nervous system’s ability to form new connections leading to self-healing. I believe that regular meditation practice helps release energetic blockages accumulated due to daily stress in personal and professional life. This practice is especially important for those living in cities, where stress exposure happens at many unconscious levels. I believe that the body is a sanctuary, where the journey takes place, and by following the path of strengthening both body and spirit through energy work, you will take the utmost care of it.
The guide on this journey is breath. All you need to do is learn to observe it mindfully, and the doors to your inner sanctuary will open. My mission is to share knowledge and accompany you in practice during group and individual breathwork workshops and sessions. I am fascinated by different breathing techniques and the paradigms in which they function. I love working on myself and constantly expanding the boundaries of my consciousness.
