MoveOn – the zone of movement – is a space where ancient Tao traditions meet modern movement methodology to create the most functional practice of mind and body.

MoveOn – the movement zone – is a space where ancient Tao traditions meet modern movement methodology to create the most functional mind and body practice.

We will combine Yin and Yang, human movement skills and work with internal energy. Tai Chi, Qigong and Health Techniques of the East, various methods will serve as a tool for getting to know the body and improving psychophysical fitness. In the MoveOn zone you will find a selection of the most functional arts of movement that holistically strengthen all the natural functions of the body.
