Topic: BREEMA® – The Art of Being Present

Language:

About the Workshop:

BREEMA® is the art of presence, a practice combining movement, meditation, and self-awareness, originating from ancient Kurdish communities. Exercises are performed individually and in pairs, aiming to provide a direct experience of true presence. BREEMA® offers a proven method of integrating body and mind—the first step toward unifying body, mind, and emotions. When these three elements harmonize, we gain access to a subtler dimension of consciousness, allowing us to understand our life’s direction and live in alignment with inner resonance.

About the Instructor:

A clinical psychologist, certified psychotherapist specializing in Existential Analysis and Bodynamic, and a BREEMA® practitioner. He is a trainer in psychosomatic techniques and psychotraumatology, with a specialization in clinical neuropsychology from IPiN. He has worked extensively in clinical diagnostics and psychotraumatology, supporting patients with somatic illnesses at the Clinical Neuropsychology Laboratory of L. Rydygier Hospital in Toruń.

He has completed numerous trainings in therapy, intervention, and psychosomatic techniques based on the polyvagal theory, which explains the neural system of social engagement, fascial connections, and muscle tension as responses to external developmental challenges. His expertise includes Somatic Experience, Emotional Anatomy, TRE, EMDR, EMI, Gentle Bio-Energetics, and Bodynamic.
