BREEMA® is the art of presence, a practice combining movement, meditation, and self-awareness, originating from ancient Kurdish communities. Exercises are performed individually and in pairs, aiming to provide a direct experience of true presence. BREEMA® offers a proven method of integrating body and mind—the first step toward unifying body, mind, and emotions. When these three elements harmonize, we gain access to a subtler dimension of consciousness, allowing us to understand our life’s direction and live in alignment with inner resonance.
