About the workshop:
Eye Yoga is a workshop for everyone, especially for those who wear glasses. The workshop consists of two parts:
Part 1: Acupressure – applying pressure to specific areas around the eyeball to relax the muscles.
Part 2: Eye gymnastics – following the movement of the hand with the eyes, focusing on the index finger, and quick palming.
This holistic method improves circulation around the eyes and strengthens the eye muscles. It addresses various vision problems like cataracts, glaucoma, astigmatism, and nearsightedness, while also benefiting liver health. The exercises help with blood circulation, reduce dark circles, puffiness, and congestion in the eyes caused by poor metabolism, and prevent blood clots.
About the speaker:
After spending 20 years working as a DJ, I decided to change my lifestyle about 8 years ago. Having worn glasses for 20 years, I began researching ways to stop using them. I found useful information in a book about longevity in Chinese medicine, which included eye exercises. I started practicing these techniques and have since shared them through workshops, including those at the Frutamaniana festival in 2021 and 2022. My interests include Chinese medicine, Vedic astrology, and ethnomusicology.
