We face various emotional challenges every day—from stress and anxiety to overwhelming waves of sadness or anger. Sometimes, these emotions can be very intense, and it’s hard for us to regulate them, which can lead to anxiety or depression. In this session, you will learn and experience specific psycho-emotional regulation strategies through the body that you can apply daily to regain balance and peace.
You will learn:
How does our nervous system work in stress situations?
What is conscious body work, and how does it affect our emotions?
Gentle and effective techniques for regulating emotions through the body, which you can use in difficult moments and every day.
We will not only talk but also practice! Prepare for exercises that will help you feel your body better and find effective ways to cope with emotions.
*All practices will be gentle yet effective; we won’t engage with intense emotions during the session.
