About the workshop:

Morning mindful yoga practice where Dagmara will guide you through the subtle movements inspired by Yin Yoga and spiral motion, combined with pranayama. Join us to release any stagnation accumulated in your body, discover the hidden energetic potential within, and integrate what has unfolded during the festival.

Using breath in conjunction with subtle Yin Yoga flow, we will calm our nervous systems and signal our bodies that it’s time for regeneration. This workshop is a perfect opportunity to consciously pause, ground, and stabilize in order to embark on the journey back home with a clear mind and grounded body.

We will establish a deep connection with the fascia through Yin Yoga and with the spiraling movement, gently enhancing mobility and fluidity throughout the body. The whole experience will be enhanced by high-vibrational music, supporting the effects of the practice. Prepare yourself for a subtle, yet powerful and profound practice.

Zen Yourself sessions are medicine for the modern world. When you fully inhabit your body with all your heart—moving, feeling, and breathing with every cell—you will transition from stagnation to living life to the fullest. Release the blockages that hold you back and make space for what is coming!

About the speaker:

Dagmara Buż is an advocate for various bodywork approaches, yoga, relaxation, transformation, and living in harmony with oneself. A free spirit, a yogic traveler, and a life nomad, she holds a legal background but does not practice law.

In alignment with the voice of her heart, she is a yoga and relaxation teacher with over 800 hours of training and learning obtained around the world. She studied yoga at the source in India, Bali, Thailand, and London, which contributes to the unique style of her workshops.

She is also in the process of becoming an EFT Tapping Coach. Besides enjoying every moment and infecting others with joy, she is creating a mobile application that promotes health and supports the mental well-being of Polish people through psychoeducation, meditation, breathwork, and relaxation.
