Using the method of modifying the CRISPR-Cas9 genes, discovered only 7 years ago, people will be able to manipulate genes of plants, animals and ourselves. Not only will we be able to repair defective genes and treat congenital genetic diseases, but we will be able to change our appearance, intelligence and character traits. But who will decide what is allowed and what can not be changed? Are there any limits to improving people? We will have to find answers to such questions in the coming years – modifying human DNA has already begun.
