“HAKAact” is a combination of KaMate Polynesian dance – a battle song shouted ecstatic vocalization and included in emotional choreography – and the essence of workshops that create my ethos of work as an actor, performer, dancer. Workshops combine body, voice and action awareness. They shape the awareness of speech through dance, breath, rhythm, gesture, vocalization, and above all, full presence here and now.
