I warmly invite everyone to the morning practice of Dynamic Meditation according to OSHO.
Personally, it is one of the most important and transformative practices for me, and in the spirit of shared motivation and the strength of group support, I invite you to join.
Dynamic Meditation according to OSHO is a fast, intense, and thorough way to break through old, ingrained patterns in the body and mind, which often keep us trapped in the past, and to experience the freedom, observation, silence, and peace hidden behind the walls of this prison space. It lasts for an hour and consists of 5 phases, which we will discuss at the beginning of the practice.
HOW TO PREPARE:
✔ Comfortable, loose clothing
✔ It’s best to practice before breakfast
✔ You can bring your own eye mask
💎 It is recommended to practice this meditation early in the morning when “the whole of nature becomes alive, the night has passed, the sun is rising, and everything becomes conscious and alert.”
💎 You can practice this meditation on your own, but initially, it may be helpful to do it with other people. It’s an individual experience, so remain unaware of the others around you.
💎 This meditation is performed using distinctive music, specially created and adapted, which guides and energetically supports various stages.
I warmly invite you to join and practice together!
