Movement practitioner and teacher, cofounder of W Gruncie Ruchu collective, promoting movement culture in Poland since 2016. Her practice covers various disciplines – from gymnastics and locomotion, through BJJ, to dance. Although she’s an artistic soul, she enjoys a structured and methodical training process. When teaching – she combines her experience and knowledge about the human body with a creative approach to movement in games and partnerwork. She studied with such teachers as: Ido Portal, Benita Kopacka and Kamil Zych (Natural Training), Tom Weksler, Bruno Caverna, Rafe Kelley, Jozef Frucek, Joseph Bartz, Thomislav English and Simon Thakur.
Locomotion is a movement language, combining elements of capoeira, contemporary dance, martial arts and animal movement patterns. During the workshop you will learn all the necessary tools to move fluently and consciously on the ground in a so called “closed system flow”. You will also learn how to play in motion – when all you have is floor and your body.
