In the lecture, we will discuss the current legal situation regarding psychoactive substances in Poland. We will present what the current practice of judges and prosecutors in such cases looks like and we will explain what is insignificant and what a significant amount of psychoactive substances. We will also discuss what regulations protect those addicted to psychoactive substances before being sent to prison. We want to explain what prohibition, decriminalization and legalization are and what these approaches differ from each other. We will show what are the latest global trends and the most interesting examples of rational drug law from different parts of the world and their effects on users and societies.
