It is a kind of antidote to big city life and work in a corporation. Seasonally, you must find time for skis, skitours, cross-country skiing. Whatever it is, it must serve good health and well-being. The rivalry does not matter. Archery can be competition, and it can also perfectly serve to talk to yourself, focus on one goal and cut off from all, more or less important, things. A few years ago, he met Jarosław Jamroz – instructor and president of the Polish Tao Yin Society – and it opened up completely new possibilities. Since then, Taoism has become a philosophy of life, and Tao Yin is an inseparable element almost every day. Meditation in motion is a combination of two elements necessary for life.
